Mr Pilo Gourmet Food is a company based in Cagli, located in the Marche hinterland, which offers typical cresce sfogliate, snacks, pizza bases pinsata, focaccia bases pinsata, panino pinsati and baked goods in general. Their original recipes and the final quality of all the different proposals makes Mr. Pilo’s products stand out above all the rest in its category.

Bases pizza pinsata, bases focaccia pinsata, panino pinsato: created with soy flour dough, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sourdough, etc.


Thanks to the "pinsatura" the gases are externalized making the product even more digestible.

These were created thanks to the initial versions of Crefole sfogliate, Wholemeal Crefole sfogliate and Crepole sfogliate. They are prepared by cutting the Crefole and Crepole into strips of about 2 cm and drying in the oven covered with coarse salt.

In general, all products have a shelf life that varies from 3 to 6 months depending on the type of product.

Our Crefole sfogliate and Crepole sfogliate are products like piadine, but only in shape, because all our baked goods have an important peculiarity: the double leafing (sfogliatura).
The most important one, is definitely the double leafing by hand, where the employees close each ball of dough to form a spiral shape which make the product more crumbly, more digestible and even softer after cooking, unlike the classic wrap (piadine) that tends to dry immediately after cooking.
Our basic ingredients for all our products are composed of: milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, as well as lard to make the “sfogliatura” leafing better.



Our grandparents’ ancient recipe, according to which, once the polenta is prepared, it is left to cool first and then chopped and mixed with flour, eggs, milk and various other ingredients. Handmade according to the family tradition.



The Crefolini are obtained from the base product, that is from the Crefole sfogliate. They recall a sort of “crushed breadsticks”, about 2 cm wide and ready to be eaten with pleasure at any time of the day.
From the 2 initial versions (Crefole sfogliate and Crepole sfogliate) we have patented the Crefolini sfogliati and Crepolini sfogliati with polenta that are prepared by cutting the Crefole and Crepole strips of about 2 cm, we put them to dry in the oven at 280 degrees covered with coarse salt. The result is like a breadstick, to nibble at anytime of the day, great for appetizers, aperitivi’s, cocktails party, etc.



Pizza base pinsata hand stretched to make it more digestible and crumbly. Crispy outside, soft inside. To season as desired, margherita base (tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil) or simply white with oil, salt and rosemary. To be cooked in a preheated oven at 240° until golden brown.



Panino pinsato hand stretched to be even softer and digestible. To be cooked both on a hotplate or in an oven preheated to 240° until golden brown. To be stuffed as you desire, each combination will make it even more tasty and flavorful.
