We offer a wide range of Parma Ham from 16 to 40 months with the possibility of service and customization, a selection of artisanal cured meats such as Cuor di Culatta (without hook), Salame Felino IGP, Rosso Fiore (made from meat fresh - not frozen - from Limousin and Fassona), Speck produced in Sauris, Prosciutto San Daniele DOP, Culatello di Zibello DOP, seasoned Coppa. The boning of the hams is done following the order, so the product is chosen according to your needs. The largest sales are made in Italy in the retail / specialized channel which offers quality, especially delicatessens, butchers and restaurants. For some months we have been offering a long-seasoned ham on the market, obtained from the selection of the best thighs of important weight, matured in a special old natural underground cellar, here the ham matures on the old wooden scales that give it aromas, perfumes and sweetness. A ham designed for a gourmand / gourmet consumer, of heavy size aged 35/38 months, the “Benedicto” characterized by taste and sweetness, a UNIQUE ham of its kind.
