Swiss & Wegman is a leader company in engineering, producing and providing high-technology medical devices and, in particular, laser equipment, intraoral welders, cold-light photorejuvenation lamps and electroporation devices. Thanks to its great experience in this field and its close collaboration with clinicians and the most preeminent Italian and international universities, the company has acquired a deep technical and clinical know-how in the medical and aesthetic fields.
To guarantee reliability and security, all our medical equipment is designed and manufactured entirely in Italy in accordance with the requirements of the European directive 93/42/CEE (and its subsequent emendaments and integrations) on medical devices. Our company has gained the certification to the internationally recognized Quality Management System UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 13485 as a result of the particular attention we devote to the pursuit of the utmost product quality.
Our customers are given a free service of clinical training and technical assistance during the device entire lifecycle. JOINPLANT
It is a CE marked medical device used to join and stabilize immediate loading implants with a rigid splint in order to break down the masticatory forces applied on implants during healing and osseointegration. By means of a welding clamp endowed with copper electrodes, a pre-fabricated titanium bar is welded to the implant abutments directly in the oral cavity: an intense electric discharge passes through the contact point between the two titanium elements for a very short time (few milliseconds) without heating the surrounding tissues. The current flowing between the titanium elements warms up the point of fusion, achieving a solid welded junction. Such rigid fixation reduces the mechanical stress exerted on each implant during mastication and prevents the risk of micromovements, thus favouring the stability of the implants during the early stages of bone integration. There is no risk for the patient since during the welding process the pliers are automatically disconnected from the mains and the heat produced is dissipated through the copper electrodes thanks to the greater thermal conductivity of copper compared to titanium.

HySerPen is a simple, reliable and safe conceptfor the modern dental practice. A range of versatile diode lasers for the most common dental applications. No power or foot pedal cables, everything you need will be in your hands. Swiss & Wegman have designed three versions
for the different needs of the dental practice:
• HySerPen PRO: It is a laser specifically designed for the dental hygienist who works within his office or who gives advice.
It offers four treatments that will allow you to significantly expand the services you offer.
• HySerPen+: It is a dental laser designed both for the dental practice that approaches laser technology for the first time with a simple but effective product, and for those who already know this technology and need to double their operating equipment in a simple way.
With just seven treatments, it can widely cover 80% of the daily operation of the dental practice. All treatments are preset but can be modified as you wish.
• HySerPen PDT: It is a laser that represents the specific solution for the treatment of the periodontium, exploiting P.D.T. Photo Dynamic Therapy. The operator can choose between specific protocols with various impulse modes.
Pre-set treatments have been developed for various dental indications. At the touch of each indication are applied immediately without any margin for error.
The Hyserpen system is equipped with a base unit for recharging the handpiece and selection of the settings in a simple and intuitive way.
