Our story begins with a passion for tradition and the authenticity of local products. We are committed to preserving the ancient techniques of pasta production, using only the highest quality durum wheat semolina from selected crops in our country.
We firmly believe in craftsmanship and attention to detail: every stage of production is taken care of with love and dedication. Our pasta is made through the use of 100% Italian wheat bronze dies that give the surface the ideal roughness to better hold the sauces, and slow drying at low temperatures, guaranteeing a unique sensory experience in every bite.

Artisanal Pasta Le Gemme del Vesuvio brand
We are an artisanal pasta factory near Naples, the hometown of pasta, , producing our durum wheat semolina dried pasta just from Italian wheat, high protein content (13/14%), bronze drawn, dried for long time (from 20 up to 59 hours) at low temperature (max 50° C). We sell our pasta under our brand LE GEMME DEL VESUVIO.
