The new series of Oil-free Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps, SC 60, SC 80, SC 100, and SC 140 has an original design and a significant performance boost. The service life of the vanes is increased by 100% thanks to the highly resistant graphite material they are made of and the low operating temperature within the pump. The lower operating temperature of the pump, thanks to the proper flow of air and increased ventilation, reduces heat radiation in the work environment for increased safety, thus improving and optimising the system and the production cycle. Maintenance has never been so simple: now, the removable front grid allows direct access to the vanes for quick replacement without removing the complete conveyer carter. The noise level of the pumps has decreased by 3 dB(A) thanks to the use of a soundproofing panel inside the conveyer carter and the redesign of the intakes. Thanks to the optimisation of the suction and discharge phases, energy efficiency has been increased up to 15%: from atmospheric pressure to absolute final pressure, today the energy consumption does not change.

AdaptShield is a new device that optimally manages the functioning of CBL systems by guaranteeing the automatic protection of the BCA lobe pump and the primary lubricated pump in case of critical events such as plant leaks, loss of performance and over temperature. Thanks to the self-adaptive control, AdaptShield optimizes the absorbed energy according to system conditions, with energy savings of 13% compared to systems without AdaptShield, and 20% compared to those with mechanical bypass. AdaptShield ensures improved performance: shorter pump down time, fast reaction to pressure variation and optimal adaptation to the process to enable the best possible performance. The use of the new CBL Systems with AdaptShield is easier thanks to the plug and play installation and the fast sizing software to meet every need. Everything is under control with AdaptShield, even from a smartphone with the app that monitors the operating parameters, error individualization and remote support.

The lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps are used when the intake flow may contain moisture, or when a better final pressure is required. These pumps may run continuously within certain pressure ranges, or connected to containers to be emptied, whose volume is appropriately sized for the pump flow rate. Long-term use at atmospheric pressure is not recommended. The lubrification allows this pumps to intake water vapour. To avoid a condensation of the water vapour, the lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps are equipped with the gas ballast, a system that introduces air in the compression stage and changes the vapour saturation pressure thus avoiding the condensation. Into the WR pump version the gas ballast system is improved and reinforced.
Main application fields: packaging, medical, food and beverages, glass, stone, wood, constructions, printing and paper, industrial cleaning, chemical.

Claw Pumps create air volume and transfer it through the intake duct to the outlet duct by means of the rotation of two claw shaped rotors in a moulded chamber. The dry running contactless rotation of the rotors is synchronized by gears without any lubricant present, thus avoiding any residue generated by friction or rubbing during rotation. The gear wheels themselves are lubricated with oil and are enclosed in two compartments separated from the rotation chamber by gaskets. Claw Pumps guarantee low operating costs thanks to moderate energy consumption and high efficiency. Maintenance is minimized and the level of performance is maintained for longer by virtue of the lack of friction between the moving rotors. All versions can be used as compressors.

The industrial vacuum systems are designed and manufactured to be used in all the same applications as the individual pumps, and mainly in centralized vacuum systems, as units suitable for creating and maintaining a certain vacuum within the system that allows proper operation of the equipment connected to it. The installation of an industrial vacuum system is advantageous especially in terms of energy savings, because the pumps automatically switch on only when needed by the user.
