Ghizzoni D. made his first entry into the food plants market in year 1946 where it developed its own production in the canning industry, focusing on jam semiprocessed fruit field, fish processing sector and, since some time, also in sausage sector.

Ghizzoni D. technology, mainly applied to process machineries, has been focusing on constant research and development activity; the results are several patents that have changed and are still changing different processing methods.



Autoclave NGA patented is a new solution in the sterilization process, achieved by streamlining the spaces. The cylindrical autoclave, where inside a separating compartment is installed, is a light structure for the baskets of product to be treated. The separating compartment (which can also be implemented in existing autoclaves) reduces the volume to heat and cool, with remarkable energy and compressed air saving and processing time reduction.
