In 1954 the Sartor family began mushroom cultivation and preservation in earnest. This was the beginning of a tradition of growth, technological innovation and research into new products. Today, as well as mushrooms, the company offers a constantly evolving selection of frozen vegetables and ready meals.
We provide our partners with value added IQF Frozen ready meals and plant-based sides. Our factory, which is located in the north east part of Italy, is BRC, IFS, ISO22000 and Organic certified.
We are currently supplying many important retailers, food service and food industry with both our own Brand "Cucina Sartor" and Private Lable products too. Surmont delivers original and exclusive products for its partners and other companies, providing professional consulting services to develop the offering and define the range.

Our Sautéed Mixed Mushroom is pre-cooked and lightly seasoned with only Italian kitchen essentials: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, parsley and salt. Our unique cooking and freezing process allows to deliver a finish product with no water loss once reheated. It is perfect to be used as topping on pizza, bruschetta, panini, burgers, layred into lasagna, omelets & fajitas or simply tossed over pasta or rice.

Ingredients: Mushrooms in varying proportions with Porcini, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds oil, salt, parsley, garlic.

Preparation - skillet: pour the product still frozen in a preheated skillet, cook over medium-hight heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preparation - microwave: pour the product in a microwave container and reheat for 4 minutes at 750 watts (if reating at a lower power, calculate 1 extra minute for every 100 watt below the suggested power).



Ingredients: red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, tomato sauce, onion, Extra virgin olive oil, wine, salt, sage, garlic, black pepper, chilli.

Preparation - skillet: heat 4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin olive oil, pour the frozen product and cook for 6 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring often



Ingredients: grilled potatoes, grilled pepper, onions, black olives, Extra virgin olive oil, potatoes, onion, salt, rosemary garlic, black pepper, chilli

Preparation - skillet: heat four tablespoons of Extra Virgin olive oil in a non-stick skillet, add the frozen product and cook for about 6/7 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring repeatedly.



Ingredients: Cannellini beans ,tomato sauce, onion, extra virgin olive oil, wine, salt, garlic, black pepper, chilli.

Preparation - skillet: pre-heat a non-stick skillet and pour the frozen product of the bag, cook at medium-high heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preparation - microwave: pour the frozen product in microwave container and reheat for 5 minutes at 750 watts (when reating at a lower power, consider 1 extra minute for every 100 watt below the suggested power).



Ingredients: Grilled potatoes, grilled sweet potatoes, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rice starch, garlic.

Preparation - skillet: heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the still frozen product and cook for about 5 minutes with the lid on over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
