The beginning of our history dates back to the year 1922.
 Located in the city of Turin, Fructital was born as a small producer
 of natural essences for the confectionery industry.
 In 2000 the company was taken over by the Collino family who decided to devote themselves completely to the gelato and pastry sectors.
 A precise choice dictated by the desire to enhance the concept of passion for craftsmanship associated with quality standards that only an extremely flexible and well-organized company is able to guarantee.
