Per eseguire una traduzioni e richiesta al traduttore, oltre che un'ottima conoscenza della lingua di partenza e una conoscenza a livello di madrelingua di quella di arrivo, anche la padronanza del lessico specifico del settore ed una buona esperienza nella traduzione di documenti specializzati. STUDIO FORENIX affida le traduzioni tecniche e specialistiche esclusivamente a traduttori specializzati nel determinato settore di competenza del documento da tradurre.
Tutti i nostri collaboratori possono vantare una formazione nel campo della traduzione seguita da una specializzazione di alto livello o, al contrario, una formazione in uno specifico settore di attività seguita da una specializzazione in traduzione: in ogni caso, e indispensabile il possesso di attestati sia nel settore della traduzione che in quello di specializzazione, in modo da poter garantire ai nostri clienti il massimo della qualità e della competenza, nonché l'uso corretto del vocabolario e del gergo specifico. Oltre ad una formazione di alto profilo, poi, e indispensabile che il traduttore possieda una buona esperienza nel settore tecnico specifico al quale appartiene il documento da tradurre, in modo da rispondere agli elevati standard qualitativi della nostra associazione.
Infine, se necessario, siamo in grado di occuparci anche dell'asseverazione della traduzione e della sua apostillazione o legalizzazione nel caso in cui il documento tradotto debba acquisire validità legale anche all'estero.
Una traduzione asseverata o giurata e una traduzione per la quale il traduttore presta un giuramento presso un Tribunale o un Giudice di Pace: nel giuramento il traduttore dichiara di aver tradotto fedelmente ogni parte del documento originale e si assume la piena responsabilità civile e penale derivante dal proprio lavoro. Si tratta quindi di una traduzione per la quale la qualità e certificata ufficialmente dal Tribunale e che non presenta vizi di forma ne omissioni: una traduzione asseverata acquista cosi la stessa validità giuridica dell'originale.
