The Company was established in the late 60s by operators in the technical engineering industry who were therefore particularly focused on developing practical, cutting-edge solutions for industrial processes.
Over the years, following mergers with other companies, it has expanded its business by integrating the production of band saws and an area specifically dedicated to contract work and the production of mechanical parts for major Italian motorcycle manufacturers, going from being SNC to SRL and then MARPOL FR SRL, and accumulating considerable experience in the field of mechanics.
Marpol FR has designed and produced a wide range of complementary machines for mechanical processing to offer its customers a full range of products. Special attention has also been paid to the production of machines for the orthopaedics sector, becoming a key supplier to the largest manufacturers in this field.
The various models are provided in single, double or combined versions, offering the highest standards of efficiency, versatility and safety.
All production is entirely Italian and carried out in accordance with EC legislation.
The belt sanders combined with the bevelling and grinding machines contributed over the years to strengthening a very interesting national and international market share. During recent years, a lot of attention has been paid to the production of new-generation swivel sanders, in new colours and for different applications. Together with these adjustable grinders, our production range has been expanded with band saws of different sizes, both for professional and DIY use, with models that can meet cutting requirements above 45 degrees and for large diameters.
MACHINING
The machining operations of Marpol FR have, for many years, been the company's strength, in terms of both production capacity and its cooperation with many big companies in the province of Bologna.
Marpol FR can produce any component based on a specific drawing that requires several machining cycles (CNC turning and milling), ensuring a high-quality service to customers. Marpol FR can perform different operations thanks to its constant investment in cutting-edge machines.
All works are carried out according to customers’ specific requests, ensuring maximum cooperation, professionalism and fast delivery.
