Specialized in medium-high quality products, without colourants or preservatives, Marchi's family also owns the vineyards from which it produces grape must.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extravecchio (Protected Denomination of Origin) boasts a unique flavour thanks to its certified minimum ageing period of 25 years.
It is made from indigenous Modena Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes grown in the family vineyards and left to age in barrels made offine woods such as Oak, Chestnut, Acacia, Cherry, Rubinia, Ash and Mulberry.
It is presented in a noble way, with a prestigious wooden case that recalls the origins of our product, designed to make it even more precious and suitable for the most sought-after gifts.
Inside you will find the typical bottle, spherical in shape with a rectangular base in solid glass, exclusively designed by Giugiaro.
The use of this type of bottle for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. is compulsory for all producers, as it is required by the Production Specifications.
The bottle is sealed with the mark numbered by the certifying body.

The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Affinato (Protected Denomination of Origin) has undergone a certified minimum ageing period of 12 years, which gives it a unique and unmistakable flavour.
It is elegantly presented inprestigious packaging, designed to make our product even more precious and suitable for the most sought-after gifts.
Inside you will find the typical spherical bottle with a rectangular base made of solid glass, exclusively designed by designer Giugiar.
The use of this type of bottle for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. is compulsory for all producers, as it is required by the Rules of the Production Specifications.
The bottle is sealed with the numbered seal of the certifying body.

Our Silver Seal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Protected Geographical Indication) is characterised by a balanced, soft, enveloping and pleasantly acidulous flavour. It has a clear, bright black colour and a fragrant aroma, enhanced by pronounced balsamic notes.
The persistent scents and strong flavours are due to the prolonged refinement in oak barrels. These barrels are never completely emptied: this allows us to guarantee a special continuous circle of aromas and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics.

This special Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (aged means that the product has spent more than three years in barrel) has an intense black colour and is at the same time clear and bright. It offers a balanced and harmonious taste, intense and structurally complex.
Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Gold Seal is available in a refined 250 ml bottle with pourer cap.
