Pascal srl is a dairy company in the north of Italy founded in 2014. It combines the love for tradition with the commitment to innovation and research to offer innovative products to private customers and professional categories. Pascal's leading products are UHT cream (both for whipping and for cooking), liquid bases for the preparation of gelato and ready-to-serve desserts.
The production is based on an avantgarde system, covered by European patent. This new system allows for a rapid and constant sterilization that safeguards all the organoleptic qualities of the products. Moreover, the choice of using fresh and locally-sourced milk and cream (in particular, the milk comes from within 40 km from our plant) lets us obtain fresh and high-quality products.
The company operates mainly in the B2B market, in particular the HORECA, industrial and GDO markets, and, marginally, in B2C.
Pascal srl stands out for its products entirely MADE IN ITALY, which are easy to store, to transport and to use.

La PANNA DI PA' is our line of UHT creams, available in different percentages of milk fats (38%, 35%, 26% and 21% frozen). Our creams contain exclusively fresh and local milk and cream (in particular, the milk comes from within 40 km from our plant). There are no additives nor stabilizers. LA PANNA DI PA' is characterized by its high yield quality (100% overrun), its high stability over time, and its exceptional white colour. It has a shelf life of 6 months and must be stored at 4/5°C.

IL DESSERT DI PA' is our UHT line of ready-to-serve desserts (Crème Caramel, Chocolate Pudding, Panna Cotta, Mascarpone Cream* and Catalan Cream*). They are ready to be enjoyed right after the opening of the package. This allows for a great reduction of preparation times. They can be portioned, served and decorated as you wished or you can heat them to melt them and shape them according to your preferences. They are all high-quality desserts, prepared following the traditional Italian recipe. They can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C), but need to be refrigerated 6/8 hours before serving. They have a 12-month shelf-life.

LA RICETTA DEL GELATO DI PA' is our line of UHT liquid mixes for gelato. Our gelato mixes are very easy to use, as you just need to pour them into the gelato machine and wait for some minutes to have your Italian gelato ready. You do not have to add anything, which is why you can proudly say, wherever you are, that what you are serving is a 100% Italian gelato. LA RICETTA DEL GELATO DI PA' can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C) until its opening. It has a 12-month shelf life. The available flavours are: fior di panna, chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, mango, lemon, wild berries, strawberry, coffee, mandarin. Also two neutral bases are available (one for creamy flavoours, one for fruit flavours).
