Intelligent Ecological Islands - Easy, Transparent and Economic

The Differentiated Collection of Ecofil in 5 simple steps: User identification - Ecofil Card Each family unit is equipped with an RFID card for the electronic recognition of the user. User Recognition For the conferment of the refusal the user goes to any of the computerized ecological islands, located in the municipal territory. The user is recognized by the Ecofil system through his Ecofil Card. At this stage the waste containers are hermetically closed and not accessible. Selection of the fraction to be conferred and weighed The user, through the touchscreen monitor, selects the fraction he intends to confer: paper, plastic, glass, etc. and then place the waste bag on the appropriate scale for the quantification of the material to be conferred (quantification is punctual and expressed in Kg and fractions). Registration and printing of the identification label of the single contribution The quantity assigned is registered and associated to the user who will be able to monitor his results online. The Ecofil machine emits an adhesive label, with barcode, that the user applies to his bag. The label will allow employees equipped with a special reader, in case of control, to associate the waste with the user. Refusing the waste in the appropriate container The system unlocks the opening of the selected waste type container. The user deposits the bag in the container and closes again to be locked. A system optimized for the visually impaired The Ecofil system is optimized to allow its use even by partially sighted persons. Just request the personalized card and the station will guide the user in conferring operations by adapting the interface to its specific needs.
