Pastificio De Luca is one of the historical dry pasta manufacturer in Abruzzo. Pastificio De Luca is a family company with the experience of five generations pasta manufacturers starting from mid 1800.
The artisan production is characterized by:
• The use of the BEST DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, mixed with SPRING WATER to give flavour and thoughness to the pasta;
• The use of BRONZE DIES that make the surface rough to better absorb any kind of seasoning;
• The SLOW DRYING PROCESS AT LOW TEMPERATURE, to keep the organoleptic characteristics and the nutritional
properties intact.
Today Pastificio De Luca produces a wide range of products including:
- DAILY LINE for those who want to taste a handmade high quality product, drawn drawn with bronze dies, at an
excellent QUALITY PRICE RATIO. More than 100 different cuts as Classic, Special and Mini Pasta, in a practical 500g
pack, graphically renewed, that guarantees taste and freshness;
- GOURMET LINE, artisan pasta drawn with bronze dies, dried at low temperature, hand packed with an elegant white
and blue cardboard label. The line includes classic, special and flavoured cuts;
- ORGANIC LINE created for the most health-conscious consumers, made with 100% Italian semolina, drawn with
bronze dies and hand packed in a 500g fresheness-saving package. The line includes organic semolina, organic whole
wheat, organic spelt, organic Khorasan Kamut and organic Senatore Cappelli.
To better guarantee the consumers, Pastificio De Luca has obtained the following certifications:
FSSC 22000 (FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION), UNI EN ISO 9001, Organic Certifications in addition to an efficient
HACCP self-control system for the safety of its products.
