Italian pork leg, sea salt. Without gluten, allergens, additives, or preservatives.
Method of conservation
The whole product can be stored at room temperature, not exceeding +20°C. Once the cut has started, store in the refrigerator (between +1°C and +7°C), covering the ham with a dry cotton cloth.
