Founded in 1922 in Rome, on Via Salaria 56—opposite the historic Teatro La Fenice—our company was born at a time when coffee was a refined pleasure reserved for a few. After each performance, renowned artists and actors would gather in the atrium of our roastery to enjoy the signature blends crafted by our master roaster, Leone Marziali. From the very beginning, coffee for us has meant culture, craftsmanship, and connection.

For more than a century, we have worked every day with dedication to preserve and advance our roasting tradition, passing this art down through generations. Today, that same passion guides us as we combine heritage with innovation.

We are deeply committed to a responsible future. Our investments in low–energy consumption technologies, hybrid and methane-powered vehicles, and modern solar systems allow most of our headquarters’ and facilities’ energy needs to be met through renewable sources. Respect for the environment is not an option—it is a promise.

Our quality standards are certified by Organic/Bio and ISO 9001 certifications, with additional certifications currently in progress. These recognitions reflect our constant pursuit of excellence, transparency, and reliability.

It is our most prestigious whole-bean coffee blend, a 100% Arabica that masterfully combines five exceptional high-altitude origins from Central and South America, India, and Ethiopia, created to satisfy the most discerning palates.

This refined blend reveals distinct notes of marzipan and vanilla, complemented by fresh fruit aromas such as white peach and cherry, and tropical nuances of pineapple.
