SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM INGREDIENTS: pieces summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt)70 %, oil extra virgin olive oil 26%, salt.

This is an authentic purée of ground black summer truffle, and it is made without any other ingredients. Since it is very concentrated, it is suitable to use half of a teaspoon for each portion.
Perfect to season warm courses, specially pasta and risotto, eggs and meat.
