Ci occupiamo di distribuzione e produzione di prodotti caseari rigorosamente di alta qualità.
La nostra produzione segue precise linee guida che sono frutto degli insegnamenti dei fondatori Vincenzo Parrotta e di sua moglie Maria (1962) e dell’esperienza maturata negli anni. Caseifici Parrotta offre sia prodotti freschi che surgelati (frozen) realizzati con latte italiano 100%, come la burrata e la scamorza affumicata, una soluzione intelligente per la ristorazione che mantiene l'eccellenza e la tradizione italiana.
