Dear Sirs,
herewith We would like to introduce you our Oil Mill that produces ?East Verona Hills? extra virgin olive oil.
Our Firm is located in Cazzano di Tramigna, about 30 Kms far from Verona, in Veneto Region, in the north east of Italy (about 90 Kms far from Venice). The production area includes Illasi, Tramigna and Alpone Valleys, in the east Verona district. Ballarini?s Oil Mill works a medium average per year (during production season from half October till first days December) of 700.000 Kilogrammes olives per year, with the newest oil machineries, in order to supply our customers with a good in quality extra virgin olive oil. The medium rendering in oil is 12% so that we have 84.000 kgs in extra virgin olive oil.
We are a Producers Cooperative, with more than 400 Producers, they keep in their steel storages the obtained oils from our oil mill and when we need for bottling they give us what we need thanks to previous agreements before starting the picking olives period.Our Oil Mill is completely manufactured with Steel and works with High Quality Standards using only hot water and mechanical proceedings to extract extra virgin olive oil from olives (hot water not more than 27?C cause more hot could give to the oil less smelling and quality properties) we don?t use other things for extracting extra virgin olive oil.
We work 2.000 olives kgs per hour. Olives arrive inside special boxes to avoid damaging with transport and are worked after few ours from their picking.
