DI VITO FOOD since 1926 produces extra virgin olive oil in Abruzzo, Italy, and draws its origins from three generations of olive oil makers.
Coming from our olive farm overlooking the Abruzzo hills, our olives mature to get milled and become an excellent extra virgin olive oil - delicate, with a sweet fruity flavour, but very substantial and perfumed.

The Pitless extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the greenest, the freshest and the healthiest olives picked up by hand, by removing the pits from the olives first and then pressing only the olive pulp, all this within 24h after the harvesting.

The pitless olive oil’s quality is higher than the quality of the olive oil obtained from whole fruits.

The absence of the olive pit guarantees that the olive oil:
- has lower acidity and is lower in peroxides;
- is richer in polyphenols (present in the olive peel), natural antioxidants that help to slow cellular aging and to prevent high cholesterol levels;
- has a major resistance to oxidation and a longer shelf life.

The pitless extra virgin olive oil is more balanced, with a more persistent aroma.

Acidity: From 0.2 until 0.4 when bottled.
Colour: Intense golden yellow with hints of light green.
Smell: Distinct smell of olives, slightly fruity, with a light smell of herbs and vegetables.
Taste: Slightly fruity, delicate to the palate.



BIO BABYOIL is an organic product obtained from the olives cultivated according to the traditional agricultural practices and without the use of pesticides, conceived and realized specially for babies and kids. The nutrition during the first years of life is very important for the child’s future. A baby can reach the milestones for the optimal growth and the balanced psychomotor development only if accompanied by a correct nutrition.

The fats present in extra virgin olive oil have fundamental health benefits:
- Linoleic acid stimulates the calcium absorption, reduces “bad” LDL cholesterol and boosts “good” HDL cholesterol.
- Tocopherol is necessary for the correct use of vitamin A as it transports vitamins A, D, E, K.
- Phenolic compounds protect against oxidation.
- Optimal ratio of omega 3 and omega 6, equivalent to their levels present in maternal breast milk, and similar for their composition.

Ideally consumed raw, without heating, this oil makes food more delicious. Kids love it because of its delicate taste.
Advised since the start of the weaning, adding one teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) to baby formula or meals.

Place of origin: Tenuta Sant'Angelo, Furci (province of Chieti), property of Di Vito family.

Production: Olives are picked up by hand, selected and cold-pressed within 24 hours.

Our land, our sun and a traditional recipe. Without adding any preservatives but only salt. Our Organic tomato products come from processing the tomatoes of the best varieties, cultivated according to the EC organic farming regulations. The processing, transformation and packaging are realized during 1-2 days after harvesting. As a result, we obtain the tomato of the Abruzzese culinary traditions: simple, genuine and well-balanced, without adding any thickeners nor sugar. A product suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
