MERLINI of the Company's origins date back to the early '900, where in a small workshop in the historic city center of Verona, Riccardo Merlini, founder of the family, began the process of plant products in general and particularly of wild mushrooms in the woods, keeping them in the tradition of ancient Mediterranean recipes. In addition to the spontaneous and cultivated mushrooms Merlini is the various product categories, and in particular plant so as artichokes, asparagus grilled vegetables and berries. There are various processes and consequently the production phases that Merlini products undergo before being intended for consumption as fresh, dried, preserved, frozen and freeze-dried.
