Styleboiler has many years of experience in the field of equipment for hot water production. In 1987 Marco Giona founded the company in Verona, starting the production of electric and gas water heaters and developing expertise and skills in this sector.
Even if Styleboiler roots are in Europe, nowadays it operates all over the world, offering an extensive range of electric, gas, storage water heaters and indirect cylinders with glass lined steel or stainless-steel tanks and a complete range of heat pumps.
Over the years the company has invested and diversified in manufacturing a wide range of storage tanks, developing demanding markets such as Switzerland, Germany and North America. Stainless steel indirect cylinders are made using technology that guarantee maximum quality and durability owing to the use of special materials and sophisticated technological advances such as “TIG” and “Plasma” welding.
To guarantee product excellence, we perform rigorous checks throughout our production process. These include tests on incoming materials using an X-ray scanner, 100% water-tightness tests for every tank, and thorough evaluations at intermediate stage.
Vertical single coil storage indirect cylinders are designed to be combined with any wall-hung boiler for the production of large quantities of hot water despite space restrictions. The high efficiency thick isolation in PU has led us to reach class A, for maximum energy saving.
Styleboiler’s goal is the constant improvement of the performance of our products, and to ensure the quality of sanitary water, it is essential to apply an internal treatment to the tanks.
Our hot water heaters are lined with food-grade inorganic glass porcelain (ENAMEL), applied at 860°C according to the DIN 4753 method. But the true highlight is the vitrification system, based on the exclusive “BLUE GLASS 4753”.
This treatment not only prevents corrosion and contamination but ensures superior durability of the tanks. This advanced technology protects against corrosion, contamination, and offers a series of unique advantages:

This process takes place exclusively within our facilities in Italy, where every stage is meticulously controlled to ensure exceptional results.
The “BLUE GLASS 4753” formula is the result of decades of research and development to create a unique eco-sustainable enamel. It represents a safe solution both for personal health and environmental protection, as it contains no nickel, one of the most common metals that can cause allergic reactions. Even in small amounts, the presence of nickel could contaminate water, with the risk of health problems such as asthma, respiratory issues, and, in rare cases, chronic nickel toxicity.
