The Bread : rich in history and tradition, certainly owes its goodness to the use of the famous "durum wheat re-milled semolina", mixed with simple ingredients such as pure water, selected salt, natural yeast and yeast beer, is able to give the product a high digestibility, an intense aroma and above all a taste without equal, characterized by a perfect mix between the pleasant softness of its soft and light straw-yellow crumb and the right crunchiness offered by its color crust brown amber.

Variant of the traditional bread, soft and very light, for the use of quality products such as re-milled durum wheat semolina and the generous use of Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is used both in the dough and on the surface and then in special toppings such as fresh cherry tomatoes and potatoes. The leavening of the focaccia must be long and double while it can be cooked in a normal oven or in a wood oven.

Peppers Cruschi, whose term cruschi means crispy in the dialect of Basilicata, indicates the crunchiness obtained with the drying process. Cruschi peppers can be eaten fresh and are widely used in regional cuisine, or preserved thanks to drying, given their low moisture content. Crusco peppers are usually crushed to give flavor to cured meats, meat dishes, and everything else they love to exalt with a moderately spicy flavor.
