Milling of high complex mechanical and micromechanical components and bars
Due to the latest generation CAD CAM software, Milltech is able to obtain three-dimensional surfaces which are difficult to execute.
Milltech executes bar milling, maximum dimensions 1600mm x 500mm x 300mm or 1000mm x 500mm x 750mm. We process all types of plastic materials, stainless steel, inox, brass, bronze, copper, etc.
Milling of plastic and metal materials
Plastic materials:
Milling of all types of plastic materials, drillings of minimum 0,5mm, maximum dimensions 1600mm x 500mm x 300mm or 1000mm x 500mm x 750mm.
Milling of PMMA plastic and all of its derivatives. Minimum thichkness 0,5mm, maximum dimensions 1600mm x 500mm x 300mm or 1000mm x 500mm x 750mm.
Steel machining (automatic, hardening, quenching, stainless).
Non-ferrous material machining (brass, mechanical bronze/phosphorous, aluminium).
Turning of complex mechanical and micromechanical components
Turning diameter up to 300mm. Possibility for inclined drilling, multiaxis milling. Milltech is able to process all types of plastic materials, stainless steel, inox, brass, bronze, copper, etc.
Plastic and small parts precision turning
Turning of plastic components, minimum diameter 2 mm, maximum diameter 300mm, length 500mm. Milltech is able to process all types of plastic materials.
Small parts precision turning, minimum drilling diameter 0,5mm.
Processing of Titanium and machining of Castings
Milltech is able to perform highly complex processing of Titanium.
All products are manufactured upon the customer's design through milling and turning.
Our knowledge of this material, together with the great experience and versatility of our technicians and mechanical equipment, allows us to identify the most suitable Modes and Tools to obtain the required products.
