3D design and manufacture of dies, cold stamping and sheet metal forming, cutting and assembly of sheet metal parts on customer specification.
Since 1979 we have specialised in subcontract shearing and drawing of sheet metal with automatic presses from 25 to 400 tonnes. We are fully equipped to perform any assembly (mechanical, automatic, robotised and manual) with the help of automated machines which are designed and built in-house. The equipment and dies necessary for the production of items are internally designed by our Technical Department through a CAD/CAM 3D system, then built in our internal tooling department which is fitted out with major machinery such as CNC machining centres and wire EMD machines, in addition to other traditional parallel mills and lathes. With the use of advanced management software, we are able to cohesively manage all the departments of the company (purchasing, sales, MRP production, statistics, etc.) which greatly speeds up the collection and registration of data.
Thus, thanks to our many years’ experience, we offer a complete service, presenting ourselves as a one-stop shop for customers, as we handle all industrial processes: from design to construction of progressive dies, through to manufacturing and packaging of the finished part.
We produce industrial components for companies and multinationals in various sectors - construction, hydraulics, electronics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, mechatronics, robotics - and have a vast customer base in Italy and abroad: Germany, India and Colombia.
Over the years, the company has notably increased its investment in industrial research and development and has also received various regional subsidies because of the innovation of production processes. From these projects, profitable collaborations were made with the University of Bologna, the University of Modena and Milan Polytechnic University.

MOULDS AND DIES DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Our internal Tooling Dept. carries out both the mechanical design and construction of Dies, as well as of Automated Assembly Machines and Innovative Projects.
PROGRESSIVE AND BLOCK SHEARING DIES
We have decades of experience in the field of dies: from design and construction to routine and non-routine maintenance, that is provided free of charge for the lifetime of the product, which can extend to even 35/40 years.
Our excellent service and quality quell any client reservations about investing in a new Die.
TOOLING DPT.
The CAD-CAM connection between the computers and the machinery allows real time dialogue between the programmer and the CNC machines of the tooling department.
Year after year we are continually working towards expanding our internal tooling department by equipping ourselves with cutting edge machinery.
After completing various targeted courses and acquiring an adequate quench furnace, we have internally implemented the thermal treatment process of steels for manufacturing our dies, in order to reduce times and costs which would otherwise be incurred in the case of third party manufacturing.

ASSEMBLIES
The assembly department is equipped with presses ranging from 15 Tonnes to 40 Tonnes and automatic machines designed and built internally for assembly, threading and welding. In 2011, thanks to a regional subsidy, we created a prototype for interlocking the machine tools using a robot assisted by a 3D camera for identifying and picking up the assorted pieces from the collection box.
