HOT AIR GENERATOR
The BVA generator is a machine able to produce thermal energy and fed directly into a flow
of air to be heated. The machine, due to its versatility, can be utilized in many industrial
sectors.
It can be connected directly to an existing air duct becoming an integral part of it. Other
constructive solution ( solution adop ted in this offer ) allow the placement of the BVA in the
side of the existing air duct .
The BVA generator models (natural gas, LPG, mixed gas, biogas, etc.) are proposed in two
application systems :
− BVA N ( installed inside a duct with a defined length having a section equal to or greater
than that of the existing duct )
− BVA S (installed on a metal plate to be applied to the side of an existing duct) solution
adopted in this offer and operat ing in the existing air flow duct .
They are made up of "modules" that, according to the requested thermal power and the
required application, allow the system to be used in many types of installations ranging from
the ceramic and brick industries to the food, textile, chemical, paper and agricultural sectors.
etc. The large adjustment ratio, ie the possibility of varying the heat output from 1 to 10 times
ensures rapid intervention, limited thermal dispersion, reduced emissions and therefore high
thermal efficiency, that means lower consumption.
They are produced in the standard version BVA N/S .F model, complete with combustion air
fan, or in the special version BVA S/ N without combustion fan, in order to use the process air
as combustion air provided that the presence of oxygen in the process air is sufficient for
combustion. The burners can be supplied complete with the necessary safety and control
ramps and the relative electrical control panels built in compliance with the regulations of the
C ountries in which they are installed.
