Aliveris Pasta is the first product developed, born from the collaboration between American and Italian university researchers. A product protected by a patent for invention, which has obtained important certifications: BRC, IFS, ICEA, synonyms of quality and safety for the consumer.
A unique pasta that contains Soya Germ, the largest natural source of isoflavones, rich in fibre, Vitamin E and protein. This peculiarity makes Aliveris easily digestible and gives it a perfect hold during cooking.



Among the clay hills of Montefalco, we cultivate our vines, choosing the right terroir for each variety to allow it to express its full potential. All that remains for us to do is to indulge it, harvest its fruit when fully ripe, preserve its aromas and bring them to the glass intact.
