The Cherchi Bakery is an artisan company, founded in 1995, founded by Mrs. Rosalia who specializes in the production and marketing of the Bread Parchment, a variant of the traditional carasau bread. Twenty years of experience and professionalism allow the Cherchi family to guarantee a high product quality while keeping the flavors and traditions of Sardinia intact. The strengths of the Cherchi bakery's production are the authenticity, the goodness of the products, the choice of high quality raw materials and a cutting-edge laboratory that perfectly complies with food regulations. To demonstrate the company's concrete commitment to the market, it was decided to guarantee all processes, food safety and product consistency: today Cherchi is in fact IFS food certified. The Cherchi bakery is located in Alghero in the province of Sassari, a tourist center that attracts millions of visitors every year. Alghero is one of the main cities of Sardinia, it is one of the access doors to the island, thanks to the airport located nearby.
