D.O.C. Vermentino di Sardegna - A wild land and Nuragic scents wake up the soul of the man from the past. A strong leader ready to defend his harsh island. Here you live, with your hints of spices, nutmeg and vanilla. When tasted, it is savoury, mineral, and the acidity levels exalt its freshness. It pairs well with sea food, cheese and white meat. It leaves the mouth clean, ready for another sip.

D.O.C. Vermentino di Sardegna - A piercing and seducing gaze, a golden mane, a sinuous and docile shape. Its vine variety has ancient origins, and it is straw-yellow coloured. It has a flowery scent, with a hint of white ripe fruits and pineapple. When tasted, it is fresh, structured, mineral. Perfect as an appetizer, it pairs well with shellfish, grilled fish or white meat.

I.G.T. Isola dei Nuraghi - The Sa Ira wine is discreet and intriguing; with its velvety lips, it shows its best part with calm and awareness. An intense ruby red colour. Nuances of rose, cherry and vanilla scents. When tasted, it is silky, decisive, spicy with notes of liquorice. The aromatic complexity balances the acidity that seals the mouth by leaving it clean. It goes well with cold cuts, semi and seasoned cheese, roasts, game, braised and stewed meat.

D.O.C. Cannonau di Sardegna - Mont’so wines are a perfect mix of sincerity and purity. Made from enough ripened Cannonau grapes, this precious red wine has an intense scent of pansies and ripe

D.O.C. Moscato di Sardegna Passito - The gold runs in its veins. A mix of scents and notes of sunshine. A warm and enveloping soul. A bright yellow colour, with scents of flowers, candied fruit and raisins. When tasted it is harmonious and persistent. It is well paired with all dry pastry but is also pleasant if drank between meals.
