Torrefazione Demar Caffè was founded in 1968, and for more than 50 years it has been a leading Italian producer of artisan coffee.
Its premises are in Italy, in the town of Udine which is located in north-eastern Italy in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
Exclusivity for a 100% Made in Italy coffee products, made in respect of traditions.
We believe strongly in the value of our origins. We have handed down from father to son the art of wood-fire roasting, a precious heritage that gives our coffee its unmistakable flavour and makes us one of the most esteemed historic coffee roasters.
The craft of roasting can never be matched by automated systems.
Since the very beginning we have made quality our greatest competitive advantage. This is why we defend our traditional production method: despite the much longer time needed and the requirement for highly specialised abilities, wood-fired roasting remains an unrivalled art which allows us to deliver coffee with a unique and unmistakable flavour.
