GIMAX was born in Italy in August 1990 with the production of electronic ballasts for the supply of fluorescent lamps.
In 1991, we introduced the first range of products linked to tubular lamps for portable and fixed use in industrial eviroment and shipyards, using as basic components unbreakable polycarbonate screens and the butyl rubber for closure sleeves and caps.
In 1993, GIMAX, completing a catalog already packed with safety lighting articles, began manufacturing distribution and transformation electrical panels in hard butyl rubbercontainers of its own design and printing.
The peculiarity of GIMAX is in fact the manufactory of products on direct specifications and requests from customers in order to meet their needs fully; Moreover, the experience gained in direct contact with the end user has allowed GIMAX to continually improve the quality of its products and increase their numbers.
With the aim of offering ever-growing products and services GIMAX has been certified by TUV ITALIA for its corporate quality management system in accordance with standards ?UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008?.
