MV di Marsetti Srl is a company in the province of Bergamo/Italy specialized in the production, design and repair of high-precision spindles, electrospindles, motorspindles and in the manufacture of special clamping tools. Thanks to our skills and continuous investments in innovation, research and development, we offer products with a high technological content, providing high performance compared to current standards, but which above all represent solutions that are tailor-made to respond to the needs of the client.
Our company is always looking for new solutions. Innovative proposals aimed at solving problems related to the optimization of parameters, in order to guarantee the effectiveness and precision of machining, the reduction of machine set-up times and the simplification of plants in a machine tool.
We develop and supply spindles and electro-spindles and workpiece clamping systems: special spindles and electro-spindles, “tailor-made” solutions which adapt to customer needs (prototypes and small series). Our innovative solutions derive from the need for a product with an optimal size-weight / performance ratio, energy saving and simple installation in a machine tool.
We can therefore say that our product is bespoke-made for the customer, that is, it is a tailor-made product. Furthermore, thanks to close collaboration with Italian workshops, our product is Made in Italy.
Continuous research on materials, heat treatments and / or coatings and state-of-the-art technology solutions, as well as a careful choice of suppliers (who are an important resource for us), are the conditions that allow us to move from the initial idea to the finished product in a very short time.
Continuous workflow improvements, “smart” production planning and technological innovations have enabled us to develop a perfect product. A product that represents excellent value for money, offering high performance for its small size, and, last but not least, ensuring low energy consumption.
The continuous search for increasingly better performance means that over time we have developed and patented innovative solutions.
All the types of electrospindles we offer, even those already in existence, can be customized. Customized according to the processes in which they will be involved, both in terms of the type of processed material (steel, aluminium, titanium, etc.), and the shape most suitable for the machine for which they are intended.

In addition to spindles and electro-spindles, we design and supply clamping tools such as mechanical clamping mandrels and machine tool equipment (tailstocks, collet adapters, customized chucks…). Our flexibility means we can supply our products in small batches or even individually.
We supply mandrels-collet chucks with manual and automatic mechanical clamping, with and without interposed elastic bushings.
We manufacture specially designed clamping equipment, tailor-made for the customer's machine and the workpiece to be clamped. We analyse the specific clamping solution, uniting the customer requirements and optimal operating and maintenance conditions.

Our company designs and manufactures special spindles and electrospindles. MV di Marsetti Srl steps in when a standard solution does not meet the customer's needs, offering customized solutions both in terms of size and performance.The design phases are carried out in close contact with the customer's technical office. We can therefore say that our product is bespoke-made for the customer, that is, it is a tailor-made product. The fields of application of our products are found in all sectors of precision mechanics. We also offer a repair service for spindles and electrospindles, whatever the brand.The electrospindle is the mechatronic component uniting the electric machine (transmission motor) and the mechanical component, which rotates the tool (tool holder cartridge). The electrospindle's correct functioning is essential for successful machining, whether chip removal or grinding.

SPECIAL CLAMPING TOOLS
We supply mandrels-collet chucks with manual and automatic mechanical clamping, with and without interposed elastic bushings.
We manufacture specially designed clamping equipment, tailor-made for the customer's machine and the workpiece to be clamped. We analyse the specific clamping solution, uniting the customer requirements and optimal operating and maintenance conditions.
Here are some application examples, even if a limited representation of our real capabilities:
• clamping via the customer's drive system or directly integrated into the
clamping device via hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders
• possibility of manual clamping by means of a sensitive key
• possibility of semi-automatic clamping with retaining springs and manual
release using a sensitive key
• possibility of fully automatic clamping and release
CONSTANT ANALYSIS AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
The constant study of materials and heat and thermionic treatments allows us to create and offer products that are durable and reliable over time.
Our tools take into account the fact that assembly needs to be modular, in order to reduce the machine tooling times as far as possible and have a clamping set that can be installed as required.
Any replacement of clamping collets and clamping accessories is designed to be simple for the operator. It does not require particular settings, as they refer to oriented guide elements.
In addition to static tools to be mounted on the rotating groups, for example spindles, workheads and so on, we manufacture rotating parts complete with clamping systems.
