Schiacciatina mantovana - Schiacciatina of Mantua

The "schiacciatina" is a salty baked product typical of the city of Mantua. Our "schiacciatina" is handmade, hand ironed, preservative- and yeast-free.
The product is available in 6 different flavours: oil, wholemeal spelt (see the picture above), cereals and cumin seeds, turmeric with pepper, pizza, moringa leaves.
Sfoglia croccante - Crispbread

Our crispbreads are thin and crispy crusts of bread that do not have a regular shape as they are hand-cut. The sfoglie are very light and dry and, therefore, a perfect genuine snack to be consumed at any time of the day.
We offer the product in 5 different flavours: wholemeal spelt, cereals and cumin seeds, turmeric with pepper (see the picture above), pizza, moringa leaves.
Sbrisolina Mantovana - The mantuan Sbrisolina

A small-sized version of the classic "Sbrisolona mantovana", an almond cake. It is an authentic Italian culinary heritage.
Crostatine vegane - vegan pies

The pie is perhaps the oldest Italian dessert. In the end everyone interprets the recipe in their own way, as it can be seen from the different existing recipes. Our version does not use eggs and butter, i.e. ingredients of animal origin.
We offer 3 flavors of pie: cherry, berry (see the picture above) and apricot.
Anello di Monaco - The panettone of Mantua

The "Anello di Monaco" is a leavened cake much consumed especially during the Christmas period in the town of Mantua. Its production is completely handmade in our artisan bakery according to the original recipe. It differs from the pandoro/panettone for its ingredients.
We offer 5 different product versions: simple covered with white chocolate icing, with almonds (see the picture above), with pistachio, with candied fruit and with chocolate chips.
