Dear Importer-Distributor,
we are a small Venetian winery, located in the volcanic soil, "dark stone" (this is the unicity of this land, one on eleven present in Italy) in the north-east area, family-run, registered with F.I.V.I. (Italian Federation of Independent wineproducers), and from the 2020 vintage we will get the Biological certification, the winery is already Bio, officially since 2016, surely early than then, when the controls by the certifying institute (ICEA) have started, the vineyards on volcanic soil, among the few national and world, producing wines with a mineral character, with accentuated flavour and sour.
The entire production takes place in the cellar, on owned land, producing still red (Merlot, Cabernet franc) and white wines still and sparkling (like the best one Durello, and Prosecco as well) aged in martinotti or charmat and classic method, and sweets wines too, made with indigenous grapes and named DOC, DOCG and IGT, and, soon we will come out with a sparkling white wine "sur lie" dedicated to a younger consumer.
The grape is still harvested by hand, in large crates, to preserve its integrity until pressed. Year after year, we are working to reduce sulphur in our wines, through the technique of winemaking in reduction.
Till now, we have just distributed in the middle-up ho.re.ca. market and private consumers well, in Italy, Balcanic area (Latvia) and North of Europe (Holland) without excluding at all the large distribution, if we get numbers and and cost profit margin to make it sustainable.

Prosecco DOC

Prosecco DOC is the most characteristic white, dry and sparkling wine. We have been the first cultivators and producers of this grape, 30 years ago. With a fruity taste and very pleasing to the palate, it has a very fine and persistent perlage. With grapes from the foothills of Gambellara, Prosecco is produced with Glera grapes in purity.
Solo Lei DOC Gambellara

Her Only is the Gambellara DOC, obtained from the Garganega in purity, cultivated in the locality Giaroni. Straw yellow and floral scent, this wine acquires more quality with the ageing on the fine lees in steel barrels. Ideal as an aperitif, it is also perfectly matched to fish, raw or cooked, and to the dish vicentino par excellence: the baccalà. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Service temperature: 10-12 ° C
Azzardo IGT Veneto

Our "Risk", structured red, is a blend made from two different vintages of Merlot in purity, obtained from grapes from the foothills of Gambellara, in the locality of Giaroni. From red garnets, the Merlot has worked in purity, the palate is round, wide, with a ripe red fruit jam. From the elegant taste and characterized by elegant notes of barrique, black pepper and nutmeg, it combines perfectly with salami, braised meats, roasts, cheese, and stews
Lessini Durello DOC

Our sparkling Durello Brut Charmat is a straw yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles, characterised by mineral scents with floral notes and white-fleshed fruit, and a light bouquet of yeasts and spicy notes. Recommended pairings with raw fish, crustaceans, raw bluefin tuna, scallops, scampi. Alcohol content: 12.0 % vol. Service temperature: 6-8 ° C
Recioto DOCG Gambellara

The Recioto Spumante DOCG comes from the grapes in purity of garganega, cultivated in the locality Colle di Mezzo, we are at 300 meters above sea level. From the delicate scents of flowers, raisin fruit and honey, dehydrated apricot, mint, withering to the nose, exotic fruit ripe and candied, with up and persistent perlage.
