ELISA-FOOD was born in 1976.
We produce Pizzas and Pizza Bases in different ways:
Line 1: Hand Streched
Line 2: American Style
We work in:
- conventional doughs: wheat, semi-whole wheat; spelt, semi-whole spelt; Spelt & Quinoa.
- Gluten Free flour.
- Halal goods.
- Kosher products.
- Organic items.
- Vegan articles.
- Lactose and Dairy Free references.
We can serve our customers in ambient temperature, frozen or chilled ways.
We are work especially with GDO market, with big food-services and big importer
Our news are:
- Plant based Bases with about 50% of vegetables in dough
-High Protein Bases with about 30% protein in dough;
- Super-Food Bases with some specific spices in dough.

- Low Carb Pizza Crust
We work mostly in Private Label, but we have got Pizzeria Fasce as own label.
Our focus is to satisfy our costumer's request and to meet their needs, so we'll enjoy to develop new project, as the volums allows us to produce their project.

CHEESE PIZZA
Our Organic wheat flour Pizza with the real Pecorino cheese of Sardinia, Provolone cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Curcuma Base
This is our Curcuma Base. You can stuff it like you want. This is a 23 cm diameter. 2 x box. These can be Gluten Free also.
BEETROOT BASE
This is one of our Plant based Base. You can stuff it like you want. These can be made in Gluten Free dough also.
HIGH PROTEIN BASE
Thinked on sportive people. They have about 30% protein in.
SPELT TOMATO'S BASE
Our Spelt Tomato's base. It is hand-streched. We also produce them in the American line where they are linear.
