Suzzi was founded in 1975 and specialises in the production of personalised coils, solenoids and electric windings. With over 120,000,000 electric windings produced, SUZZI distinguishes itself from its main competitors with its high reliability, its organisational flexibility and its ability to personalise its customer response.
The experience gained in the automotive sector has also enabled us to develop extensive expertise in process structuring, control objectivation and traceability, which lead to the guaranteed results and product reliability typically required by customers. In order to optimise the manufacturing of customers’ products, the Suzzi management also organises and manages an integrated and consolidated supply chain, which it partly owns, that makes us of over 70 employees and 9,000 msq. Suzzi operates according to the requirements of the norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

SUZZI MANUFACTURING GROUP STRUCTURE
Suzzi manufacturing group is structured in four production plants and one commercial branch as follows:
1. SUZZI srl (ITALY - Bologna) – Electric customized windings (Coils/Solenoids, cables and temperature sensors);
2. UNOLAB srl (ITALY - Bologna) – Designing and production of mouldings;
3. BC ITALIANA (ITALY - Bologna) – Plastic Injection Moulding;
4. TEKNO (ROMANIA - Deva) - Electromechanical assembly and Plastic Injection Moulding;
5. SUZZI POLSKA (POLAND – WARSAW) – Commercial branch;
The turnover of Suzzi manufacturing group exceeded 11 million euros in 2019 and about 24% of it came from foreign markets.

Customer-designed electric coils
Thanks to the specific technical skills it has gained over the years in a multitude of sectors, Suzzi is able to accompany the customer in creating their coils and solenoids, also assisting them in all of the documentary aspects required (e.g. drawing up the PPAP).
In addition, thanks to its financial soundness, Suzzi guarantees continuity in its supply and relations, safeguarding customers’ investments in the development of their electrical windings.
Standard customisable coils
The historic presence of Suzzi in specific sectors has allowed it to develop standard product lines that are customisable according to the customer’s needs. In particular, Suzzi can provide coils for electro-valves with customisable electrical features, connections and logos.
Customer-designed NTC Thermistors
CUSTOMER DESIGNED NTC TEMPERATURE SENSORSIn order to expand the range of services offered to its automotive clients since 2005, SUZZI has also specialised in cabling and assembly of customer-designed NTC Thermistors.
