The Paul-Bricius company was founded in 2004 in Vittoria in the province of Ragusa, as a craft microbrewery with the aim of bringing to market a beer with a more refined and natural taste.
Paul Bricius beer in fact comes from raw materials grown directly by the company which therefore guarantees the absence of mycotoxins.
It is precisely from the cultivation of his own distichous barley that the more refined taste of Paul Bricius beers begins to take shape.

Straw yellow colored beer produced with barley grown in hilly terrain, with a light body, medium hoppy and slightly spicy with citrus aromas that release fragrances and middle-eastern atmospheres. A light, refreshing beer with a balanced aroma and low alcohol content. The nose shows notes of acacia honey and oriental spices. A session beer, refreshing, a beer drunk in a single session, which can be drunk on several occasions and which slips away, leaving the mouth clean and ready for the next drink without its presence becoming invasive, both physically and mentally.



Orange-colored beer with a slight opacity due to refermentation, rich and firm foam; it is characterized by complex and elegant aromas of clear honey, chamomile, wheat, citrus fruits and resins of good duration. In the mouth a bitter little pronounced though fine contrasts with the citrus sweetness. At the aftertaste bitter and fruity follow one another for a long time without ever prevailing over each other, an evolution of scents that keep intense, pleasant and prolonged on the palate.



Excellent interpretation of a strong and amber beer, not far from a Belgian conception but deeply marked by the territory with a slightly veiled appearance, with imperceptible and fine perlage; the foam is thick and dense. Smell rich in fruity notes, with ripe plum, caramel and cocoa, which are accompanied in the mouth by beautiful liqueur notes combined with floral and herbaceous scents.



Beer with an incredible black color, black as the Sicilian night, with 7 malts to tame it, to be savored with knowledge, to the dinner, with a chocolate that knows can stand up to beer. Impenetrable, with coffee-milk foam, compact, fine and persistent, with a vinous appearance. The nose is presented with roasted notes of coffee and toasted barley. With a taste of licorice, cocoa and dried fruit, with a prevalence of toasted tones that return to the finish.



It is a beer created with a exclusive artisanal method by fermenting together 1/3 of red grape must and 2/3 of barley must. It is a beer matured for a long time vats before the refermentation in the bottle; this procedure is used to obtain a particular product, in which original fragrances and flavors blend harmoniously and elegantly.
