CerealVeneta has been operating in the food ingredients field for over 25 years, producing flours and semi-finished products from cereals, seeds and pulses for the food industry.
Thanks to the experience it has gained over the years and to the close relationship with own customers, CerealVeneta can now develop a new project in both push (proposing new internally developed semi-finished products) and pull (i.e. supporting customers in the development of new projects) modes.
It supports customer in every stage of the project, from the qualification step to the development step and to the production step. High-tech plants are constantly renewed and improved, adapting to the production of different types of semi-finished product and to flexible production, so CerealVeneta can produce the products developed in own laboratory on a large scale.
Semi-finished products are used in many different food sectors, such as bakery, snack pellet, pasta, meat substitutes, sauces and soups.

Heat-treated flours
Raw materials such as cereals, pulses and special seeds are heat-treated with a low temperature in order to reduce bacterial load, enhance the shelf life and improving organoleptical features such as taste and aroma.
Then they are milled at variable granulometry based on the customer's request.
The obtained semi-finished products, thanks to the low temperature process, have a very low level of acrylamide
Gritz and granular ingredients
CerealVeneta proposes gritz and granular semifinished products from cereals, pulses and seeds.
Raw materials can be processed heat treated or native as well, then they are crushed and then calibrated at specific particle sizes in order to appear regular and cleaned with no dust.
Custom products and mixes
CerealVeneta can develop specific custom products and mixes together with its customers, using different kind of raw materials (cereals, seeds and pulses).
