Intense rose sensations and fruity notes of sour cherries, with citrus notes, characterize the CalaRosa, made from a fine selection of local Nero di Troia. Pleasantly soft and well balanced with a strong flavor and fresh acidity.
Ideal for colored pasta main courses, seafood second courses, fish or white meat dishes.

Fresh and pleasantly smooth with clear sensations of fruits, white flowers and delicate final note of almond.
Perfect to pair with starters, first dishes with fish or pesto sauce.

Produced by a careful selection of Nero di Troia grapes cultivated on clay soils near the creek Cervaro. Intense ruby red, with smells of ripened red fruits, smooth and velvety tannins.
To pair with meats and aged cheeses.

Obtained from a selection of precious black Nero di Toria grapes, vinified with long maceration, followed by a passage in barriques and a further aging in the bottle. Of particular aromatic complexity, enveloping, warm and soft, it combines perfectly with game-based dishes and seasoned cheeses.
Ideal with braised.

It’s produced only during the best vintages with a careful hand-selection of the best grapes; after a quite long maceration time it is aged in barrique of French oaks and then refined in bottles for two years.
Opulent, full-bodied, deep with long persistence. The bouquet is wide and complex: red fruits jams, with heaven and spiced scents in continuous evolution, at the end there are toasted and bit balsamic notes.
Ideal to pair with elaborated main courses, game and long-aged cheeses.
Perfect to be drunk while eating dishes made with truffle.
