In 2013 was born the project IoBoscoVivo from the
founder’s passion for nature and healthy nutrition.
In 2018 the passion became true and IoBoscoVivo
became finally an ORGANIC FOOD COMPANY
aiming to create eco-sustainable smart functional
food, that helps people to adopt an healthy lifestyle
respectful of the environment.
Collaborating with universities and research
laboratories, the company has started investing in the
use of medicinal mushrooms, especially on the
Shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) known for its
innumerable properties.
And here is the intuition to create the FIRST and
unique line of smart functional food products based on
SUPERFOOD MEDICINAL MUSHROOMS.
