We produce Nocellara del Belice DOP (Protected Denomination of Origin) OLIVES by three generations.
The company has the total control of the complete chain of production (cultivation, harvesting, processing and packaging), possessing more than 30 ha of olives grove on its own and a consolidated network of lenders
The production is done in the industrial plant in “Campobello di Mazara”, a town on the south-west coast of Sicily. It’s equipped by production and packaging systems which, while respecting artisan production methods, ensure a high and flexible production capacity.
The company operates on the Italian and international markets, both with its own registered trademark Cusà and as a Private Label producer. The Italian market is followed directly by the sales management with the support of a network of agents while the foreign market is followed through qualified distributors in 8 countries. Export turnover is around 30 constantly growing and the main markets are USA, Canada, Japan, Sweden, Australia
The range of products is positioned in the medium-high segment of the market, both in the HORECA and in RETAIL and GDO channel
We have "Nocellara del Belice DOP" and ISO 9001:2015 certification, and we started the Organic conversion of our olives trees cultivation, but we are yet ready for selling ORGANIC products.
The Pisciotta's olives got several national awards.

They have a very green color and a very delicate flavor. They are particularly suitable for aperitifs and for those who do not like too strong flavors.

ORGANIC green Nocellara olives in brine Cusà - WHOLE OR PITTED
The ORGANIC green Nocellara olives, are made processing organic olives of the variety Nocellara del Belice. The processing method used allows to have an olive with a delicate, pleasant and suitable flavor and an olive good for all preparations: salads, aperitifs, bread and pizzas, etc.
The green organic Nocellara olives Cusà are available in different packaging, also private label.
The packaging available (good for export) are the following:

Black Nocellara del Belice DOP olives in brine Cusà - WHOLE, PITTED, SLICED OR HALF CUTTED
Black Nocellara del Belice DOP at natural olives Cusà are made by oxidation of olives naturally fermented in water and salt. They have strong, intense and traditional flavors. Their colour is quite pinkish, typical of Nocellara del Belice olives. They are good seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice as aperitif or with salads. They are good also for bread, pasta, pizza, etc.
They are available WHOLE, PITTED, SLICED OR HALF CUTTED
The packaging available are glass jar, pouches, bucket and can in brine or glass jar in olive oil
They won several national award.

Cracked green Nocellara del Belice DOP olives in brine Cusà
The cracked olives are made following an ancient and traditional method of our area: the fresh olives, after being washed and selected, are crushed and placed in the drums with water and salt. Then they remain to ferment for at least 6 months.

Patè of Nocellara del Belice DOP olives Cusà
The pate of green or black Olive is a spreadable cream made with GREEN or BLACK NOCELLARA OLIVES and EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. It has a delicate, pleasant and suitable flavor and it’s very good for aperitifs spreaded on bread or crackers.
The pate of green or black Olive is available in glass jar, also private label. The glass contain 200g of pate and it has 24 months of shelf life
