Valleripa” Romagna Albana Docg Secco - Tenuta Casali A vine already documented since 1495, it probably derives from "Albus", the best white grape for the Romans or from "Colli Albani", the place of origin of the colonizing legionaries. The famous legend that tells the exclamation of the daughter of the emperor Theodosius, Galla Placida, "Not so humbly you should drink, but drink in gold, to pay homage to your sweetness" which originates the name of the beautiful village of Bertinoro. Vine: 100% Albana Alcohol content: 14% vol. Vinification: Soil: medium-textured soil on tufa rock. The hand-picked grapes are cold vinified with soft pressing and pre-fermentative maceration. Aging sur lie for 6 months in steel with repeated battonage and subsequent bottling. Yield: 90 ql / ha. Sensory Notes: Golden yellow color. Fruity and floral bouquet, beautiful minerality. In the mouth the body of the wine gives sumptuousness . Food matches: Fish, pasta dishes like stuffed pasta with herbs and sheep's milk ricotta. Serving Temperature: 10 ° C
Doronico - Ravenna Famoso IGP Grape rediscovered in the 2000s that gives wines characterized by intense aromas, with floral notes of ripe and exotic fruit. The aroma of this grape is well balanced to its softness and structure.

Domus Aurea Albana Romagna DOCG Passito Obtained by selected grapes of ALBANA DELLA SERRA, natural withering on mobile frames, vinified with soft pressing and fermentation in vitrified cement tanks at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. This wine is a unique product to taste slowly.

Vine: Albana della Serra Wine-making: Third week of November - Soft pressing of whole bunches - Fermentation in vitrified cement tanks at controlled temperature (16-18 degrees) with selected yeasts Tasting notes: Shiny golden yellow colour with amber nuances, a full and persistent bouquet with hints of raisins, honey and ripe fruit, a delicately sweet flavour. Wine-making: aged cheeses, barbecued mushrooms, dry pastries and cakes Serving temperature: 8 - 10 ° C
Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense representation of this vine on the Bolognese hills.

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon Alcohol Content: 13% Vol Vinification: Soft pressing and de-stemming followed by maceration in stainless steel tanks with regular plunging to extract colour and tannins. Partial fermentation at 25°C in small wooden casks. Malolactic fermentation at 22°C in casks followed by batônnage. The wine is then bottle-aged for approximately 6 months. Tasting notes: Ruby Red colour, balsamic noise, pepper and cloves. Mounthfilling and elegant supported by mature and well-blended tannins. Close with fruity and tangy notes Intense red colour with violet shades; intense and varied bouquet with distinctive hints of fruit, flowers and spices.
