The Virzì Farm is located in Cesarò, municipality of the Nebrodi Park, and has been managed for four generations by the family of the same name.
The olive grove is located in contrada Bolo, on a sunny hill at the foot of the Etna volcano. The unique climatic conditions combined with a terroir particularly suited to the cultivation of olive trees are the necessary requirements to obtain an excellent product.

In addition to this, the family has always chosen to operate under a certified organic regime for ethical and philosophical reasons and to carefully monitor the individual production phases in order to obtain a an excellent product.

L'Olio di Casa Virzì organic extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Nocellara etnea/Ogliarola messinese/Biancolilla varieties of intense green colour with golden yellow reflections. It is characterized by a medium fruity taste, with slight bitter and spicy notes. For its characteristics of balance and refinement, it adapts very well to the daily use in the Mediterranean diet, enhancing the dishes without, however, covering the taste. Excellent raw to dress salads, vegetables and soups or to accompany fish or meat dishes. Ideal on a slice of good bread to enhance the flavor.
