The fountain-head of the firm is Alfredo Beneduce.He set up the structure which initially worked only manually for the production and the bottling of liquors.During the years,always keeping an eye on the main targets and the artisan characteristics of every Beneduce's productions,there were changes to the working structure of the factory through the introduction of machineries and new techniques in order to push the qualitative standards higher and higher.The inner organization and the resources management system is attentively studied in any particular and it allows to face any kind of labouring exigency even thanking to sophisticated and artesian systems of production.
