T.S.C. srl is a manufacturer company operating in the bedding industry, specialized in the production of quality mattresses, whose establishment is located in the heart of the most appreciated Italian industrial furniture district in the world: Brianza.
Customers, actually distributed all over Italy, is composed of furniture retailers, bedding specialists, design studios and furniture industry, the latter segment in which T.S.C. srl boasts collaborations with some of the most prestigious names in the Italian upholstery industry. The product range is composed of two brands: Orsa Maggiore and Dolcenotte, respectively dedicated towards the luxury, premium and mainstream markets.
Our production range includes a wide choice of mattress models: from springs of every kind to foam and latex , specializing in pocket spring products over the years. Furthermore, each brand is accompanied by a rich choice of beds and bedsteads, linens, pillows and accessories, to complete per perfect bed system.
Each production process is made in-house: assembly of the inner structures, outer coating manufacture and product finish. Then, thanks to a wide database of supplier and materials, we can offer our customers a very extensive product range and even the capability of made-to-measure and bespoke products.
Our company always pays great attention to details and has indeed made it its mission. Even today, production is guided by the principles of handicraft, professionalism, work and experience, united in a careful selection of suppliers and materials employed, ensuring that the best results for quality and durability are obtained. Nowadays we offer products of a high level of quality owing to continuous development of technologies and working processes; moreover minimum processing time and excellent distribution of resources in production centers ensure speedy deliveries and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The supporting pocket spring Pyramid is made of Supermicro pocket spring – 7 targeted zones, 1100 coils/sqm – and triple Cover HD pocket spring top layer – extrasoft support, 660 coils/sqm. Box system is made of natural-origin Gaia® foam – soy- essential oil- based – and high breathability Dryfeel® foam. Orsa Maggiore®’s customization program allows the customers to modify every aspect of the product to suit each individual needs: cotton pocket springs, different grades of stiffness and support, differentiated bearing surfaces, different thickness and materials.
