Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Cabernet Franc 25%, Merlot 20%, Petit Verdot 5%

Tasting notes:
Deep red
Balsamic spicy notes, accompanied by hints of black ripe fruits.
Silky and full bodies in the mouth. The end presents roundness, elegance which comes froma equilibrated structure.

It was the power Petit Verdot, and its unique aroma that inspired the creation of this wine. Although it is always considered a loyal ally in the creation of a blend of excellence, we have made it the only protagonist in order for it to stand out.
Rich, charming, with incredible longevity and aromatic freshness. New wood used in order to complete its structure and enhance its perfumes. It is from a unique vineyard, from where you dominate the Duomo of Florence with incredulous wonder.

Merlot 50%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Cabernet Suvignon 35%

A charming red wine with grapes harvested from the youngest vineyards of our splendid estate. This wine expresses a great balance between soft tannins of Merlot, the spiciness of Syrah, and the elegant vivacity of Sangiovese. We wanted to call this wine Libertà (“Freedom”) as this word was inserted in 1376 in the coat of arms of the family then owners of Collazzi.

100% Fiano

The desire to make a great white wine too was in the air for many years. After careful testing we have identified the Fiano variety as the most interesting among the many varieties that are grown in Tuscany. The name Otto Muri recalls the eight terraces and their walls that they used to create on that piece of land.
Vinified with all the care and attention, we have obtained an extremely elegant, long-lived, thick wine. Aged for several months on the lees, it acquires a more refined color and an incomparable complexity. Its elegance and its power make it an exceptional wine.

80% Sangiovese 18% Merlot 2% Malvasia nera

A Chianti Classico produced with grapes harvested from 7 hectares registered in the DOCG list in the adjacent town of San Casciano, facing south/ southwest, on stone-rich and well-draining soils. Bastioni combines the characteristics of elegance and pleasantness of Sangiovese, the main variety, with the roundness and power brought to the wine by small portions of Merlot and Malvasia Nera.
