THE BEGINNING
In 1272 the Abbey of San Galgano established a Village dedicated to wine production. The site was
chosen for several reasons: Altitude, sandy-clay soil with deeper sandstone layers, South exposition
and an extraordinary microclimate. Today Family Nenni continues this heritage. LAND OF SANGALGANO
We are located in Tuscany, 20 Km South of Siena, on the hills of a Natural reserve. A place
dominated since 1180 by the magnificent Abbey of Sangalgano plenty of art, fine food & wine. At VIGNA VICTORIA we produce
Sangiovese like nobody. Full South, Altitude 530 mt., Sandy-Clay terrain. SURROUNDED BY FOREST AND WILDLIFE
Forest acts as a natural sunscreen for vines, a gentle breeze helps polyphenols development for a
great aromatic expression.
