The company is located in a flat area, typical of the boardroom, "Contrada Acquamela" and extends for 8 hectares in which alternate cultivars of olives "Bella di Cerignola" (table olive), "Coratina", vineyard (Trebbiano and Sangiovese).
Our company was born from the idea of ​​preserving a tradition and maximizing it at 360 degrees, the Fusillo / Pinto family has always worked in agriculture maintaining and handing down their passion and their know-how to the consequent heirs, particularly intriguing one of them, the Dott. Pinto Gioacchino who, attracted by the fascinating rural world, decided, as they say, to "take the bull by the horns", obtaining not only a cum laude degree in Agricultural Sciences but taking over in 2018 as a partner and an active part of the company.
The love for nature, study and initiative have allowed us to coordinate a project based on organic cultivation and on the "short supply chain" or on the transformation step, step of the raw material that has made its debut in the world of high gastronomy, it also produces extra virgin olive oil (Coratina) in bottles, tin and ceramic jars. The company perspective is aimed at strengthening a centuries-old tradition, the fruit of sacrifice and hard work.

Olives Bella di Cerignola
Olive Bella di Cerignola The largest olive in the world that grows in the territory of the Tavoliere delle Puglie. It is a native variety that has always been used by the Apulians, who today has conquered the tables all over the world. This type of olive is not suitable for the production of oil, but is loved for its pulp and its dimensions. The mesocarp is green, firm and tasty; particularly suitable for aperitifs. In our company we control all stages of production, from cultivation to packaging. The method of transformation is the artisan one, the same one adopted by our grandparents. The formats are: jar 314 ml with 170g of drained weight (pasteurized); 580ml jar with 330g drained weight (pasteurized); 3100ml jar with 1900g of product; 5kg bucket (not pasteurized) for restaurants, bars and catering. Ingredients: green olives "Bella di Cerignola", water, salt; acidity corrector: lactic acid; antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
