La Nuova Casearia

The Dairy "La Nuova Casearia" was born in Villa Literno, in the unique and typical area called "dei Mazzoni" in the heart of the province of Caserta, an area renowned throughout the world for the production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP.
The raw material for the production of our products is only buffalo milk, the freshest and healthiest, coming from selected farms in the surrounding plain.

Our company enjoys high quality standards that are guaranteed by the most important certifications such as IFS and BRC.

Both international standards for food safety certification adopt the principles of PDCA continuous improvement, together with the requirements of food safety, Haccp and Harpc, quality, and legality of food as per food defense and food fraud.


In addition, our company also boasts of collaboration with the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) which is committed to the promotion and protection of affiliated pizzerias around the world and products of the production chain linked to the 'true Neapolitan pizza'.
