Demetra s.r.l.s. was born from the meeting of some professionals operating for some time in the waste management sector.
Demetra's field of action is that of consulting for private companies and the public administration.
In fact, the company, through the experience gained by individual professionals, is able to support private companies for the correct management of waste, whether urban and / or special, hazardous and non-hazardous.
Consulting for companies includes assistance for:
 registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers, also for these Demetra is able to guarantee the Technical Manager for the categories: 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10A-B;
 registration to SISTRI;
 design of dry fraction recovery plants for separate collection, organic fraction recovery, MSW final disposal plants, sludge treatment and recovery plants;
 drawing up plans for disposal of asbestos products;
 design of remediation plans for polluted sites;
 authorization for treatment plants both in simplified form, pursuant to art. 214-216 of Legislative Decree 152/2006, which in ordinary form, pursuant to art. 208 of Legislative Decree 152/2006. For simplified systems, the A.U.A is also carried out For ordinary plants, Demetra srls is able to draw up the V.I.A., the V.Inc.A. and the A.I.A .;
 assistance for all environmental records and record keeping as well as the compilation of F.I.R .;
 support for the annual R.A.E.E .;
 assistance for joining the CONAI Consortium System and materials consortia;
 raw PEF drafting for the TARI Plan.

For Public Administrations, Demetra is able to provide assistance for the drafting of:
 drafting Municipal Regulations for the management of MSW;
 drafting of the TARI Municipal Regulations and preparation of the TARI Plan;
 drafting of the Municipal Separate Collection Plan;
 drafting of the Optimal Territorial Area Plan (ATO);
 preparation of specifications for the assignment of MSW collection, transport, treatment and / or recovery services;
 members of commissions for the award of collection, transport, treatment and / or recovery of MSW services;
 preparation of awareness campaigns for separate collection;

In addition, Demetra srls is able to carry out waste brokerage. In this segment, the company is active both in Italy and abroad, in fact it operates in Croatia and Poland.

The company also provides legal support in all civil, administrative and criminal proceedings for regulatory violations but also in the seizure of areas and / or vehicles.
